HS Improves Attendance w. Online Contact Ctr 8/23/2010

Relatrix released a new case study showing how it's online contact center software services helped a West Virginia high school increase attendance during the 2009/10 school year with alerts to parents during the school day, and through multiple channels including voice, email and text messaging. The improvement in attendance contributed to higher text scores at the high school and generated a 20x payback on the cost of the service.
